Restricted Behaviour & Prohibited Activities
The D Las Vegas reserves the right to terminate all accounts found engaging in any of the following activities:
1. Multi-Accounting/Fraud Prevention: Operating multiple accounts simultaneously, sharing login credentials with others for unauthorized access, or using tools designed to manipulate our systems;
2. Bonus Abuse/Promotional Rules: Using bonuses and promotions in a manner that contravenes stated terms, taking excessive advantage of promotional offers at the expense of fairness towards other players, or engaging in practices intended to manipulate our marketing campaigns.
3. Wagering & Gameplay Conditions: Violating specified wager limits for each game, attempting to bypass gameplay restrictions on minimum/maximum bets, or exploiting any technical glitch discovered within a game's functionality;
4. Responsible Gambling Expectations: Failure to manage personal gambling habits responsibly and make informed choices regarding gaming participation.
Suspension or Closure of Accounts
The D Las Vegas may suspend or terminate your account for failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If we determine that you have engaged in behavior contradicting our policies, we reserve the right to confiscate funds from restricted accounts as well as cancel access permissions without notice.
Intelligent Property & Platform Ownership
The entire design, architecture, content and compilation of The D Las Vegas's software (including all intellectual property rights such as database rights, patents, copyrights) shall remain exclusively owned by us or licensed partners unless otherwise indicated in these Terms. By accessing our services, you grant permission for the Platform to maintain accurate records of your account usage, including login history.
Modification & Limitation of Liability
We reserve the right to modify any provision within this document at our discretion and without prior notification. You agree that The D Las Vegas shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance upon these Terms. In no circumstance will liability extend beyond direct damages; consequential, indirect or punitive costs remain excluded.
